Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Internet Transfer Manager desktop application, its companion browser extension, and related services (together, "ITM", the "Software", or the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using ITM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing or using ITM you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using ITM on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

2. License to use ITM

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and, where applicable, payment of the relevant fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ITM on the number of devices permitted by your plan, solely for your lawful use.

You may not, except as permitted by law:

• copy, resell, sublicense, rent or distribute the Software;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices; or
• circumvent any license, device-limit or feature-gating mechanism.

3. Accounts & devices

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Each plan permits use on a set number of devices (see the Pricing page). You must not share your account or license to exceed those device limits.

4. Plans, billing & renewals

ITM offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual and a one-time Lifetime license). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our third-party payment provider.

• Subscriptions (Pro Monthly / Pro Annual) renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand.
• Lifetime is a single one-time payment that grants access to the current major version for the covered device, and does not auto-renew.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use ITM only to download content that you own or are otherwise legally permitted to download. You must not use ITM to:

• infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights;
• download, distribute or store unlawful, harmful or malicious material;
• violate the terms of service of any third-party website or service; or
• break any applicable local, national or international law.

6. Your downloads & content

ITM downloads files directly from their source to your device using a download engine that runs locally on your machine. Your downloaded files are stored on your own device and are not transmitted to or stored by us. You retain all rights to and responsibility for your files.

7. Intellectual property

ITM, including its software, branding, logo and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the Software but do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ITM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that downloads will always succeed at any particular speed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use ITM. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using ITM and uninstall it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable. Continued use of ITM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
